Attorney Alfred T. Lehmann III
“I want to be your attorney”

Attorney Alec Lehmann
I can promise you two things:
1) You would receive the same level of caring service that I would provide to my own family.
2) I will earn your trust.
About me:
As I mentioned, I was the child of immigrants. I was born in the United States. I am in a unique position because I grew up and was educated in the American system. I fully understand the needs of newcomers because I was born into this experience. Helping others who wish to visit, relocate, or invest in the U.S. has become my life’s work. I have experience with all types of immigration and medical visas, investments, marriage, and asylum.
When you choose me as your attorney, I am the same person who meets you face to face and the same attorney available to help you in the U.S. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week after your arrival. Believe me, when you arrive in a very complicated country, it is comforting to know that help is one call away. If you need legal assistance or advice, contact me.
I want to be your personal attorney, here and in the United States. I would like to see you there, and I would consider it a great honor. It is not only a great resource, but it is free for all clients. You will learn everything for yourself.

My education:
As a student and practitioner, I have earned recognition for diligence, persistence, and integrity.
I attended Arizona State University with a focus on Economics.
I then attended Florida Atlantic University and received a bachelor’s degree in Police Science. I have had a lifelong fascination with the relationship between Government, Culture, and Law.
Finally, I attended Barry University School of Law and received my Juris Doctor. My areas of focus were Immigration, Health Care, and Personal Injury Law.
While receiving many awards and letters of recommendation, during law school I received the highest honor of the ‘book award’ (highest grade in the class) in Criminal Law.
My thesis was written in the complex area of federal medical privacy laws in the United States. It was aptly titled “The Restrictiveness of the HIPAA Privacy Rule”.
In addition to living on 3 continents throughout my life, I have traveled to almost 40 in total. My education is a lifelong journey immersed in the human experience.
My greatest joy is helping others, and my mission is to help you in any way I can.

My Experience:
I received my training and mentoring in Immigration Law from Professor Leonard Birdsong. He is the author of many books on the subject of the United States career consular officer.
I also worked at the State Attorney’s Office in the 15th Judicial District. While there, I handled many legal matters in criminal cases, specializing in white-collar crimes.
Near the end of my legal education, I also worked for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. In this position, I was able to put my passion and skills to work to become an attorney. I was an international commodities and currency trader. This field is necessary to provide a better understanding of the environment and the environment.
